Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Adapted Industries Corp., an Ontario corporation operating as Adapted Physiques ("we", "us"). They apply to adaptedphysiques.com and to all coaching services you buy from us. By using the site or buying coaching, you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy, refund policy and health disclaimer, which form part of these terms.
1. Who can use our services
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian, to buy coaching. You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete.
2. Our services
We provide online nutrition and training coaching, including our Bronze, Silver and Gold programs, Adapt Plus group coaching and the Adapt Now app. What each program includes is described on our coaching page at the time you buy. Coaching is delivered online through the Adapt Now app for the term you purchase (for example 6 or 12 months), starting when we set up your account. Your coach reviews your check-ins and adjusts your plan; we aim to reply to messages promptly but coaching is not an emergency or on-call service.
3. Health and safety
Coaching is not medical care. You agree to talk to your doctor before starting a new diet or training program, to tell us about any medical condition, injury, medication, pregnancy or history of disordered eating, and to stop and seek medical help if you feel unwell. You are responsible for training safely, using proper technique and equipment, and working within your own limits. See our health disclaimer.
4. Prices and payment
Coaching is sold through our partner store YourSupplier.ca, which runs on Shopify. Prices are in Canadian dollars and applicable taxes are added at checkout. You can pay in full or, where offered, in instalments with Shop Pay Installments, which is provided by Shopify's financing partner, subject to approval and their own terms. If you choose instalments, you remain responsible for every scheduled payment for your term, whether or not you keep using the service.
5. All payments are final
Because your coaching is built for you and delivered from day one, all payments are final once your coaching has started in the app. Details and the limited exceptions are in our refund policy. That's why we offer a free strategy call before you buy.
6. Cancellations, pauses and ending coaching
- You can stop using the service at any time, but stopping early does not entitle you to a refund or end your instalment obligations.
- We may pause your term for a serious medical reason or emergency at our discretion. Ask us at info@adaptedphysiques.com.
- We may suspend or end coaching if you don't pay, abuse or harass our team, share our materials, or put your safety at risk by ignoring medical advice. If we end coaching for any other reason, we will refund the unused part of your term.
7. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate, honest information and check in on schedule.
- Follow medical advice and tell us promptly about changes in your health.
- Keep your app login private and don't share your account.
- Treat our coaches and community with respect.
8. Results
Client results shown on this site and in our marketing are real, but they are not typical or guaranteed. Results depend on your starting point, consistency, sleep, stress, health and many other factors. We don't promise any specific result.
9. Your photos and stories
Your progress photos and data are private. We will never post your photos, results or testimonial publicly without your written permission, and you can withdraw that permission for future use at any time.
10. Our content
Our programs, meal plans, lessons, videos, courses, articles, app content, logos and branding belong to Adapted Industries Corp. or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own coaching while you are a client. You may not copy, share, resell or publish them.
11. Third-party services
Checkout (Shopify and YourSupplier.ca), Shop Pay Installments, app stores and the coaching app platform are provided by third parties under their own terms. We're not responsible for their services, though we will help you resolve issues where we can.
12. Using this website
Articles, calculators and quizzes on this site are for general education. Don't misuse the site, submit false information, attempt to break our security or scrape it in a way that harms its performance.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our services and this site are provided "as is", and Adapted Industries Corp., its owners, coaches and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for injury or loss arising from your use of the information or programs we provide. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law, including Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002, that cannot be waived.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws that apply there. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, unless the consumer protection law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you buy applies to that purchase. The date at the top shows the latest version.
